Eliana (EMA Care) guided us through a very challenging time in the hospital and beyond, as we were visiting Israel from the US and encountered a medical emergency. The support and knowledge she offered at a very scary time was most helpful and something we could not have navigated on our own. Her timely presence and assistance on all things healthcare related in a foreign country were most valuable. Her skills, understanding and compassion allowed us the ability to move through a difficult time with ease and calm.
Among many other things, Eliana was essential in helping interpret my medical records and communicating with my doctors which would have been nearly impossible for my wife and I to deal with on our own given the language barrier. Her presence throughout was invaluable. We are deeply grateful.
