Dr. Eliana M. Aaron, DNP, APN-BC, CRNP, RN

Dr. Eliana M. Aaron, DNP, APN-BC, CRNP, RN is a US board certified nurse practitioner and Israeli nurse, who is passionate about ensuring that her clients receive the best quality of health care in Israel. Dr. Aaron has over twenty years experience as a health care provider and health care coordinator.

Adam Cohen RN MScN, MBA

Clinical Care Manager
Adam Cohen was born in Toronto, Canada and made Aliyah in 2017. Adam holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree with honors in Nursing from York University and an MBA (healthcare focused) from the University of Toronto. His experiences include emergency care, nursing and patient education, and managing surgical units at an acute care hospital. Adam is passionate about delivering quality healthcare and customer satisfaction. Adam has over 10 years of experience working in healthcare and is excited to bring his knowledge to EMA Care.

Michael Rebibo

Chief Operating Officer
Michael Rebibo is a veteran US licensed attorney who has counseled a diverse clientele including Startups, SMEs and Fortune 500 Corporations over the past 30 years. Originally, his practice was based in tax and commercial law. Since moving to Israel ten years ago, he has served as General Counsel to an incubator and pivoted his efforts on revenue generation and capital raises for the US and Israeli startup ecosystem.

Ellen Goldberg

Ellen Goldberg is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Nursing. Her passion in nursing is helping those with chronic illness live life as fully and "normally" as possible. Ellen in a mother of four who made aliyah in 2015 from Malden, MA, where she worked as a school nurse and summer camp nurse. Her hobbies include running, continuing to (try to) learn Hebrew and mastering making Israeli salatim.

Avi Seidenfeld

Research Assistant
Avi Seidenfeld joined the EMA Care team in 2020. He is currently getting his MPH in Public Health from Ben Gurion University. He is a research assistant in the health policy and medical research department. He works directly with our CEO, Dr. Eliana Aaron, to research health policies, the COVID-19 regulations, and debunking fake news surrounding the pandemic. Avi is passionate about healthcare and helping those in need, and he especially loves helping people get the correct information during the uncertain times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rona Reich

Administrative Manager
Rona made aliyah in 1997 and lives with her family in Nof Ayalon. She graduated from Brooklyn College with honors in accounting and earned her CPA on a trip back to the States with two kids in tow. The essential knowledge that Rona has aquired over 24 years navigating the world of Israeli healthcare is being put to good use guiding newcomers through the maze. She loves tending to her garden of over 30 varieties of plants, trees and flowers and is thankful every day for the privilege of living in Eretz Yisrael.

Deborah Touati

Marketing Assistant
Deborah Touati freshly graduated from IDC. She has a BA in Business and marketing with a specialization in digital innovation. She was born in France and made Allya with her family in 2012. She became part of the EMA Care team at the beginning of 2021. She is very passionate about marketing and advertising! She enjoys designing marketing campaigns as much as finding new ideas to develop and entertain our community.

Tamary Sladowsky

Tamar Sladowsky made Aliyah from Baltimore, Maryland in 2006 and lives with her family in Neriya. Tamar graduated from Towson University with a Masters in Education prior to moving to Israel.. She has since experienced, and enjoyed, working in the Israeli public healthcare system for several years and is thankful to now have the opportunity to help students and tourists navigate an unfamiliar system.
