Tour Group Providers

Are you a tour group coordinator for foreign groups visiting Israel?

Do any of your participants have pre-existing conditions which may need treatment?

Do you need to be prepared to support your travelers during a medical emergency?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then EMA Care is for you!

Give your tour participants peace of mind

What happens when a participant has a medical emergency during your trip? Who accompanies them to the hospital? Who advocates with the doctors on their behalf? Who liasons with family back home?

When a tour group participant falls ill, the tour guide must continue the tour program with the rest of the group, yet the injured participant can be left confused, overwhelmed, and alone in navigating through the Israeli health care system.

EMA Care is available to be on call for your tour group. We will support your participants though any routine or unexpected medical event in Israel. At EMA Care, we work in full coordination with the chosen insurance provider for your tour.

Be the best tour group provider, even in the midst of a medical emergency

Our aim is to help you provide the best medical coverage for your tour participants so that they can relax and enjoy their trip. EMA Care will be on call to your participants and staff for the entire trip. We will be available to offer advice and helping you coordinate any medical need during the tour stay in Israel.

We are available to accompany your trip participants to doctor's appointments or hospital visits, offering them on-site support throughout the entire medical process. We always refer our clients to highly qualified, English speaking medical health professionals.

Help for routine medical care and hospitalizations

Should a participant need to be hospitalized, EMA Care will help the trip provider, the participant, and the parent or family stay informed about the hospitalization and any ongoing medical care. At EMA Care, we share our knowledge and connections to top specialists with you. We will come to the hospital with your participant and help them communicate with the doctors.

As always, at EMA Care your participants will never feel alone. We will provide extensive follow-up, such as arranging return visits, tracking medication, and  implementing care recommendations.
