EMA Care is happy to announce the start of our On Call 24/7 Telemedicine/ER Service! This service is ideal for tourists, gap year students, and English-speaking residents in Israel. Being ill or hurt in a foreign country can be stressful, frightening, and overall a negative, sometimes dangerous situation.
EMA Care Telemedicine Service will end all that.

• Remote health advocacy for ER visits

Upon arrival in Israel you will receive access to our telemedicine app or the hotline number (for users without a smart phone) through our partnership with OneTapCare. Parents and gap year program administrators can sign up too to get access to health alerts and information. Healthcare advice is one tap away! Symptom checker, emergency services access, and general health information will be a click away. Alerts about local outbreaks or health conditions will be sent to app users. English-speaking health professionals will answer all your healthcare questions and guide you to healthcare services, if necessary. All health instructions will be sent to students directly through the secure app so they don’t forget what to do.
If you must go to a hospital emergency room, you are not alone. EMA Care will remotely help you navigation and communicate with your healthcare providers.
