For late night flights, we recommend you get tested the day of the flight to protect you from the possibility of your test expiring due to a delayed flight.
It is the client's responsibility to check entry regulations for destination country. It is the client's responsibility to confirm personal details on the results form (name spelling, passport number).
There are no refunds after the test is completed.
Full refund less 5% administrative fee available prior to 24 hours before the test is scheduled, or 6-24 hours before the test for cancellations due to government policy change.
There is no refund for no shows.
